Should you need to return or exchange your purchase give us a call or drop us and email and we will arrange for your bag to be returned to us. This has to be done within 14 days from purchase. All Custom Items are non refundable.
We'll move mountains (not literally) to help get you one of our awesome products! All bags will be sent by Courier, each package is tracked and insured for the value of its contents. Smaller items like wallets will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed For. Please remember that your package may be subject to additional taxes, customs fees, or import duties depending on where you live, you're responsible for these.
We can offer a number of shipping options depending on what you order, where you live and how quickly you need it. It usually takes 1-2 days for us to get orders out the door, so if you need something urgently please give us a call on +44 7834 118293.

HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCT LAST?
It ultimately depends on how well you care for your S.K Works product! We use the best quality materials to ensure that whatever you buy from us gets better with age. We're quite sure that if you follow our care instructions then you're grandkids will fight each other in court over the right to inherit your bag!
DO YOU OFFER A REFURBISHMENT SERVICE?
Yes we do. If you feel that your product is starting to look tired after a few years then send it back to us for some Love. This may included re-dying and burnishing edges, tidy up of any stitching, clean and wax your bag and repair any damage that may have occurred (this may be subject to additional charges). If you would like to send your bag back to us for some love then drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our standard refurbishment is £45 inclusive of return postage within the UK.
HOW QUICKLY DO YOU UPDATE THE COLLECTIONS?
We believe that our designs are timeless, and have chosen a classic palette of colours that is unisex, will age well and be compatible with a variety of styles.

Sure! If you're in the area then we'd love to meet you. Visits are by appointment only so please call or email us in advance, just so we can get the coffee brewing and the biscuits out.
